PerleMedia (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use perlemedia.com (the “Site”).

1. Legal Basis & Data Collected

We process personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – contract necessity, and 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests.

We collect names, email addresses and phone numbers through Gravity Forms when you submit quote requests, using this data to respond to your service inquiries. Google Analytics (via GTM) collects your IP address and browser information for site analytics and performance monitoring. We also capture form interactions through WordPress and Gravity Forms to process quotes and maintain communication.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

Data may be shared with Google LLC for analytics processing (GA4 via GTM) which transfers data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Gravity Forms for form processing on EU servers, and our hosting provider Hostinger for site hosting located in the EU/Lithuania.

4. Data Retention

  • Quote inquiries: 2 years after last contact
  • Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default)
  • Form submissions: Deleted after project completion + 1 year

This site uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) for analytics tracking which last 2 years for _ga and 24 hours for _gid, plus session cookies for essential site functionality that expire when your browser session ends. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

  • Limited admin access
  • Regular backups

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
