Absolutely. Most of my automation clients are business owners who are great at what they do but don’t want to think about the technical side at all. My job is to understand your process, identify where the friction is, and build something that runs quietly in the background. You don’t need to understand how it works, you just need to notice things are faster and easier than they were before.
I’ve worked with a wide range of platforms including WordPress, Gravity Forms, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, Alteryx, Google Workspace, Notion, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, and many others. For processes that don’t fit an off-the-shelf integration, I can build custom-coded solutions in JavaScript, PHP, or Python to bridge the gap.
We start with a discovery session where I ask you to walk me through the processes that take up the most time or cause the most frustration. I’m looking for anything repetitive, anything that involves copying data from one place to another, and anything where human error creates problems downstream. From there I map out what automation would look like, what it would connect, and what the result would be in practical terms before any work begins.
Not necessarily. I always try to work with the platforms you already have and build automation around them. If a tool you’re using is genuinely holding you back or doesn’t support the integrations you need, I’ll tell you honestly, but the goal is always to improve your current setup first rather than replace everything from scratch and waste time learning entirely new processes.
If something breaks within your support window, I’ll always fix it as part of being included in the package. Outside of that, I’m available for hourly work and can also set up monitoring alerts so you’re notified immediately if any part of an automated workflow fails.
